Scott and Justin Shepard are no strangers to car washing. Scott, a professional car washer since the mid 1980’s and his family opened the first ever, IQ Car Wash in the U.S. Located in Ponca City, OK the Shepard’s saw an opportunity to build a new wash at an abandoned Café site on a street with a very high traffic count.
