D&S Announces New Distributor in Missouri

High Ridge, MO., March 12, 2009 --- D&S Car Wash Equipment Company, a leading manufacturer of in-bay automatics, self-serve equipment and industrial vacuums, today announced the appointment of Crest Industries, Inc., as the distributor of record for Eastern Missouri, including the Greater St. Louis Metropolitan Area. Crest Industries has achieved sustained growth over the last 40 years as a key supplier to the St. Louis automotive market. They represent Platinum Car Wash Products, a major line of chemicals for the automotive detailing business. Crest currently supplies over 50,000 products to similar industry segments such as, marine manufacturing and maintenance, aviation manufacturing and refinish, auto collision repair, auto rental, municipal and corporate vehicle fleets, trucking fleets, and golf course equipment.
As a full-line product distributor for D&S, Crest Industries will focus on the sales and service of D&S car wash equipment in this territory. Their primary objective will be to introduce the D&S flagship brands; the Odyssey soft-touch automatic, and the Quicksilver and i5000 touchless automatics into the Automobile Dealer, Convenience Store, and Investor/Owner market segments. In addition, Crest will take over responsibility for the maintenance of a significant installed base of D&S equipment in the region.
