D&S SPOT FREE RINSE SYSTEMS REDESIGNED

St. Louis, MO. - - D&S Car Wash Equipment Company has introduced a new line of Spot Free Rinse and Repressurization Systems for automatic and self-serve carwashes. D&S Spot Free Rinse Systems are available in 3 sizes, 600 GPD (gallons per day) w/built-in represurization for 1-4 self-service bays and 2500GPD & 5000GPD producers with separate repressurization for larger carwash applications.

Similar to previous models from D&S, the new standard Spot Free Rinse Systems feature stainless steel construction, 10" 5 micron filters, automatic Membrane Fast-flush and enhancements such as a 1 hp Sta-rite pumps, built-in flow meters, system pressure gauges, push-loc fittings, swivels and product pump low suction pressure delay. A deluxe model in each size (2500 & 5000 GPD) is also available with additional features such as TDS monitor with display, TDS alarm with adjustable set point and alarm horn (with cutout switch), control panel function lights, filter inlet pressure gauge and hour meter.

A separate Repressurization unit, which handles the distribution of the Spot-Free Rinse water to self-serve bays includes the stainless steel stand and control panel, 1-1/2 hp Sta-rite pump, push-loc fittings, swivels, high volume 3/8" solenoid valves and bay tubing.

Designed for Self-Service, In-bay Automatic & Full Service Car Wash applications, D&S Spot Free Rinse Systems purify water through Reverse Osmosis to produce a final rinse that leaves virtually no spots, streaks or deposits.
