D&S Hires Industry Veteran to Spearhead National Accounts Program

High Ridge, MO., February 25, 2008 --- D&S Car Wash Equipment Company announced today that Rick Slott has joined the company as Vice President, National Accounts. In this new position, Slott will be responsible for developing and implementing a car wash equipment sales program for national and regional oil companies. Slott brings a diverse background and over twenty years of car wash experience to D&S. “We are extremely excited to have someone of Rick’s caliber join D&S”, says Jon Jansky, President and CEO. Prior to joining D&S, Slott worked for Cleaning Systems, Inc. (CSI) where he served as National Account Manager. In this role, Slott was responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities and negotiating national contracts for large CSI customers.

Previous to his career at CSI, Slott served as the Business Development Manager and Vice President of Marketing and Sales, respectively, for PDQ Manufacturing. Slott also has oil experience with Texaco Refining and Marketing Inc. (TRMI) where he developed, implemented and managed car wash operations for the Midwest region.

The company also announces that Larry Qualls, Partner, will assume the additional responsibility of Business Development Manager. Qualls and Slott will work closely together in order to implement new business growth strategy. They will also focus on developing a long-term growth strategy for existing market segments. Qualls has been a partner in D&S since 2004 and has 25 years of experience in the car wash industry.
