Power Blaster™
At the front and rear of the vehicle, the side wands shut down and a "Power Blast" of high-pressure wash water activates from both rows of top oscillators. This further enhances the cleaning efficiency at the front of the vehicle, blasting away stubborn bug remains and reaching farther down at the back of the vehicle to clean rear bumpers and spoilers.

Oscillating Top Nozzles
The Gantry is designed with two rows of oscillating nozzles that wash the top, front and rear of the vehicle.

Dual Revolving Side Wands
The Side Wand Cabinets incorporate two hydraulic-driven revolving wands that cover the sides, rocker panels, wheel wells and tires.

Rocker Blaster
A high-pressure blast from the on-board Side Blasters cleans the rocker panels, wheel wells, wheels and tires and helps remove snow, salt and grime from the vehicle during the winter.

Variable Speed Hydraulic Design
The motion and speed of the Super 5000™ is controlled by a hydraulic system that allows the operator complete flexibility to adjust for different washing conditions. Highly reliable, hydraulic operation eliminates high voltage in the bay, the need for gearboxes, electric swivels and motors and is the ideal design for the car wash environment.

Pumping Unit & Control Panel
The Pumping Unit frame, Control Panel and Rinse tank also feature all-welded stainless steel construction. D&S automatics utilize chemical injectors for the most consistent product application and reduced chemical costs. Each wash cycle is controlled by a self-diagnostic PLC. The Diagnostic Display located on the Pumping Unit Control Panel Door programs the PLC. Simple field programming of various wash options (custom washes and promotions) and precise system troubleshooting is performed by the Diagnostic Display.

Tri Gloss® multi-color Conditioner
Each Super 5000™ is available with a high quality polymer silicone foam polish in bright pink, blue and yellow for the ultimate in beauty, protection and enhanced customer appeal. Tri Gloss® is the highest revenue producing service at today's professional car care center.

2-Step Pre-Soak
The first cycle in the Super 5000™ wash is available as a 2-step process for higher cleaning efficiency.

2-Step & Tri Gloss® are sold together as a package.

Pneumatic In-Position Treadle
An air-operated Treadle provides secure and accurate placement of each vehicle in the bay and prevents drive offs.

Undercarriage
A high-pressure blast from the Undercarriage helps remove salt and grime from the underside of the vehicle during the winter.

Spot Free Rinse
Spot Free Rinse is the final step of the Super 5000™, which eliminates streaking and spots as the vehicle dries.

Freeze-Not™ System
Freeze prevention additive for automatic blowdown.

Heated Track
A winter package which ties in the track and side tire applicators to the floor heat is available for year-round operation in cold weather.

On-board Dryer Package
